The Executive Business Exchange (EBE) is one of the most important HIDA networking events designed for distributor and manufacturer companies. Make the most of your time at the HIDA MedSurg Conference & Expo^TM by participating in this morning of brief, pre-scheduled appointments with up to 12 companies that you select. 

Here’s How It Works

1. Register: Distributors register teams and reserve booths with conference tables; manufacturers register teams.
2. Rank:  Manufacturers and distributors rank a list of companies they would like to meet with during the EBE.
3. Meet: Based on distributor and manufacturer rankings, our online scheduling software creates meeting schedules by matching companies, giving priority to mutual preference.

Registration Timeline

Distributors: The EBE is a FREE event exclusively for HIDA members. To register or become a member, email Daryl Muller or call (703) 838-6116.

Manufacturers: The EBE is open to Foundation Associates who have a booth on the Expo floor. To register or for more information on the HIDA Educational Foundation Associates Program, email Lori Smith or call (703) 838-6103.
