Cancellation Policy
Written notification of cancellation received at HIDA registration address (HIDA Registration, c/o EPIC, 10900 Granite Street, Charlotte, NC 28273) on or before October 5, 2011, will receive or a full refund less a $35 processing fee. No refunds after October 5, 2011. For customer service inquiries please call (800) 520-4334 or (704) 943-1003. Web registration will close October 6, 2011. Registration after this date can be processed onsite.
